The quiet court location and fully fenced backyard make this property perfect for young families, and the house is set up with this in mind. The layout of the house and the bedding configuration make this property ideal accommodation for two families.

All weather conditions are catered for with reverse cycle air conditioning and a welcoming wood heater (all wood supplied) for those cold winter nights. To top it off there is a gas barbecue and 10 seater outdoor setting for those beautiful summer afternoons and evenings.

Bedding Arrangements

Bedroom 1:    1 Queen
Bedroom 2:    1 Queen
Bedroom 3:    1 set of tri-bunks and 1 single
Bedroom 4:    1 set of tri-bunks and 1 single
(Tri-bunks consist of a double lower and a single upper)

All beds are equipped with matress protectors, doonas, doona covers and pillows. All but the top bunks are provided with electric blankets.

Guests must provide their own linen unless otherwise arranged. All linen, including towels can be provided, with beds made up prior to arrival and stripped after departure for a small fee.
